The recipes posted here will emphasize  flavor and nutrition.  You will not find low-fat or so-called "diet" ingredients.   I don't like to measure, but I promise to be specific when it matters.  I will provide numerous "master recipes" which can be altered - by you - to incorporate whatever healthy ingredients you have on hand.  Pasta, rice, soups, and frittatas, for example, are great vehicles for transforming leftovers, incorporating a variety of colorful vegetables, or both - you will see many recipes for those.
